How do you coach?

I ask the tough questions.

I’m a very straightforward, honest person. I think that frank, open and honest communication, with ourselves and with others, is one of the greatest strengths we can foster. Thus, I tend to be very frank in the questions I ask. I help my clients figure out their obstacles as well as their goals so that they can move quickly and freely from where they are to where they want to be.

I challenge my clients.

Life is tough, there’s no question about that. But I’m also a firm believer that if you believe you can do something, even if you just feel like you’re pretending you believe it at first, you can make it happen. So I challenge my clients to think big, to believe in their dreams, and to take the steps necessary to create a life filled with joyed, excitement, contentment… all things great and fulfilling!

I encourage flexibility, open-mindedness and “there is no box” thinking.

If you’re going to dream, you may as well dream big. All too often we keep ourselves from what we really want in life by “being realistic” and constraining ourselves into what we think we “ought” to be doing. Enough of that! I like going beyond thinking outside the box to thinking as though there is no box at all! It’s high time we each create our life exactly as we want it to be, no more holding back.
