Write it out
Journaling can be so healing. I had a few things on my mind tonight that could have shut me down, or kept me spiraling around in my head for a while. Instead I’m comfortably ensconced in a sense of peace after writing about it. It’s calming to be reminded that putting pen to paper can be so… freeing, healing recentering. Tapping into my own center, my core wisdom, is part of it too. Remembering to check in with what I know about myself and the world vs. taking off on a journey of “What if…?” is empowering as well.
